They provided a link to track the driver, along with an estimated delivery window, so I knew exactly when to expect my delivery. The communication was clear, convenient, and made the whole process completely stress-free.
And, of course, the mulch itself was high quality and exactly what we were looking for. It’s great to see a company provide both a great product and such a well-organized customer experience. I would definitely recommend Mr. Mulch and will happily order from them again!
