Currently, we deliver anywhere in the state. Our delivery rate is based on the time it takes from our location in Columbus to the delivery address. We generally have a flat delivery rate already calculated. If you get an error in the shopping cart for delivery, it is just not set up for your zip code. We will deliver to you! Just contact us via chat or give us a call (614-792-8686) and we will take your order that way instead of through the website.

How big are Grass Sod Rolls?
At Mr. Mulch, we stock Kentucky Bluegrass Sod and sell Tall Fescue Sod special order. Each piece of Kentucky Bluegrass Sod is approximately 24” x 54” or 1 square yard. Use these dimensions and apply it to your measured area to find out how much sod you need or give us a call to help.
When it comes to Sod Grass, we sell it a little differently than other companies. Here at Mr. Mulch we take grass sod off the pallet and lay it out on our blacktop. We continue to water the sod and let it grow so it stays fresh, this is the best way to ensure you are getting quality sod. We make it easier your you so, you don't have to worry about when we will receive our next shipment to rush in and purchase it.
Stop by at your convenience as there will always be fresh Sod available (we do recommend calling in before you stop by, our sod is very popular and may be sold out until our next shipment). We will load the sod into your vehicle, but it may be wet (from watering throughout the day) so we strongly recommend laying down a tarp or cover to put the sod onto.
Do you sell Fire Pits?

Yes, we have fire pits! The most common fire pit option at Mr. Mulch Landscape Supply is from Brussels Dimensional Tapered Pavers made by Unilock. The tapered pavers make a nice round 52” outside diameter fire pit. You would need 18 units per course (or layer), each unit is 4” thick. We stock the Brussels Dimensional Small Tapered Unit in Limestone, Sandstone, Sierra, and River colors.

How much Mulch do I need?
Can you Mulch for me?
It depends on if you have mulched before and how deep you want your mulch. Generally, when people mulch the landscape beds they like an average depth of 2 inches. This will help with moisture retention for your plants and provide enough of a barrier to help retard weed growth. If it is a new landscape bed, it is suggested that the depth of mulch is 3 inches. The formula to calculate how much mulch you will need is the square footage of your bed times the depth (sqft x depth).
