VICTORIA 10' X 10' CELLULAR PVC PAVILION
Create a covered space for outdoor dining, conversation and relaxing. The Victoria pairs a classic hip roof with a painted, low-maintenance cellular PVC exterior over pressure-treated wood.
STANDARD FEATURES
• Painted White, Clay, Slate or Black cellular PVC.
• Regular 6/12-pitch roof with standard architectural shingles or metal roofing.
• Four 8 x 8 wire-ready posts; standard 8-foot height from finished surface to top of beam.
• Straight beams and braces, fan brace, painted exposed rafters and pine sheathing.
• 9-inch roof overhang.
OPTIONS
Classic roof, premier arched beams, wood or Azek ceiling, taller posts, custom paint matching and chimney flashing. Custom roofing is subject to manufacturer restrictions; roof-covering omission is also available. The legacy selector label Azek/Windsor One Sheathing represents the current Azek ceiling option.
INSTALLED PRICING
The displayed base price includes professional installation with footers, standard Franklin County freight and a $750 permit allowance. DIY and installation without footers apply the appropriate deductions. Added ceilings require separate installation labor when professionally installed: manually select the optional Victoria 10x10 ceiling-installation service once per pavilion. Do not add ceiling labor for DIY or exposed rafters.
