Ordered two bulk items online and scheduled it to arrive 3-4 days out. The driver (Joe) showed up next day with the rocks and dirt (in two separate deliveries). Super friendly and very accommodating.
Instead of ordering bulk online, I will call in to the store next time to confirm delivery mode and dates. It was actually better for us to receive the delivery early, but I could see where that might be a problem if I wasn't ready for the items to be dropped off.
