I ordered a cord of seasoned firewood from Mr. Mulch. What can I say? Through their online ordering, I selected a delivery date, but they did not have delivery openings on that day. They let me know quickly and offered their next available delivery window. Easy communication on that. Their delivery tracking is nice to have. I will say that the window slid out several hours from the early part of the day where it began. That wasn't a big deal for me, so not a detractor. They were also having truck issues, so they had to rent a truck to do the delivery. Points for that rather than cancel or postpone my delivery. I will say that it wasn't inexpensive for the cord or the delivery, but I knew up front what the cost was, so there were no surprises. And the wood all seems well-dried and should last us at least two or three seasons. I did the stacking myself, so all they had to do was dump the load. Nothing at all to complain about.
