Surebond SB-1300 is a professional-grade, water-based joint stabilizing sealer designed to protect hardscape surfaces while locking in joint sand or stone dust. It dries clear with a natural, matte finish, making it ideal for customers who want protection without altering the appearance of their patio or stone.

This breathable formula allows moisture to escape, helping prevent whitening or trapping efflorescence, and can be applied immediately after installation. SB-1300 also contains antifungal protection to reduce mold, moss, and algae growth on the surface.
