Eden Split 8" Medium comes from a quarry in Wisconsin. It's light grey in color and cut to 3" or 4" thick. The split gives it a relatively uniform thickness and depth while still maintaining its natural look. The combination makes for a natural but uniform wall.
This particular version of Eden is 8" deep, and comes in various lengths. This stone is known as a "dry stack" or "drywall" because it is essentially shaped like a brick that comes in various lengths. This makes it very easy to build with. Only need a few specific pieces? Hand-pick specific stones that look the best for your project.
Coverage:
*One ton covers approximately 27-30 face feet. Face footage is the square footage of the face of the wall so a 2 tall wall 20 long is 40 face feet.

How much do I need?
This is one of the most common questions we have and it is easy to figure out with our mulch calculator! This mulch is sold by volume (2 cubic foot bags or by the cubic yard), not by weight. If you provide input a little information to our mulch calculator, we will provide you with how much mulch you will need for your project. Simply get the width and length of the areas that you will be applying the mulch and input the information in our mulch calculator, then select your desired depth of mulch (most common depth is 2" for re-mulching existing beds and 4" for new landscape beds). The calculator will figure out how many bags or cubic yards you will need! Make sure you consider the existing plants in the area, you will not be applying mulch on top of them so minus some of the area out for that!
